The FBI has proposed to federally insured banks that they should ban hat wearing while inside of these institutions today. This is quite ridiculous as the classic G-Man from the days of Hoover were recognized by their signature fedora. What's next, banning long hair or perhaps top (rain) coats?? What a waste of our tax dollars!
